flexible schedule is nice, but everything else is just meh. lack of direction from leadership makes it hard to feel motivated.

there’s potential here, but management seems disconnected from the day-to-day. a lot of talk about improvement, not much follow-through.

It’s ok… some weeks are smooth, others are just chaos. Depends on which team you’re on tbh.

Luv my coworkers, but the tools we use feel outdated. Could be so much faster if we updated.
