About the Role
In this position, you will:
Oversee lead flow and ensure leads are converted to appointments for sales advisors
Drive productivity and provide support to call center representatives
Coach and support team to meet daily benchmarks
Assist with lead setting and operate as a leader by example
Key Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience required
2+ years of lead setting experience preferred
Outstanding organization and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong familiarity with call center technology, CRM systems, and data management software
