- 5+ years as a Data Scientist with proven business impact
- 2+ years experience in multifamily, commercial real estate, or proptech

- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and NLP techniques
- Strong statistical knowledge and machine learning fundamentals

Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy predictive models (regression, decision trees, neural networks) to forecast trends and optimize business outcomes
- Design and implement scalable LLM-based classification pipelines to extract and standardize property attributes and ownership structures
- Apply NLP and foundation models (GPT, Claude, or open-source LLMs) to automate classification, entity resolution, and enrichment from unstructured sources
- Integrate models with product and engineering teams, monitor model performance (accuracy, precision, recall, AUC-ROC), and iterate on algorithms
- Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Lead presentations and discussions on data-driven insights and facilitate decision-making across stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
