felt like I was set up to fail from day 1. training? basically just Slack messages and outdated docs. deadlines made zero sense and nobody seemed aligned on priorities. I tried asking for help but it always came too late.

Cool tech, but leadership has zero chill. Roadmap changes weekly and we still get blamed when stuff breaks.

Not perfect, but had a decent experience overall. The people here are smart and care about the product. It’s fast-paced for sure... Leadership can be unclear sometimes, but been able to grow a lot.

team’s solid, but the rest is meh. communication from the top is super inconsistent. you’ll find out about a new project like 2 days before it’s due. not the worst job I’ve had, but def not long-term material.
