Decent starting point, but not somewhere I’d stay long-term. Growth paths aren’t clear.

Benefits are ok, but the pay doesn’t really match the amount of responsibility. Feels like they’re always trying to “do more with less” at our expense.

not the worst place I’ve worked, but definitely not great. communication is messy, priorities change daily, and it’s hard to get clarity.

some departments are awesome, others… a complete mess.
