Friendly colleagues but zero documentation. I had to cobble things together and that got old fast.

Senior leadership can feel distant adn they’re vision-first, not hands-on.

Really enjoyed the hybrid setup and mission. Sadly perks didn’t match output

Career progression is murky + no clear lanes unless you lobby hard for them.
