Quality Assurance Technician II (Certifications) plays a key role in supporting the Quality Assurance department by reviewing and approving product quality records and certification documentation. This position is also responsible for assembling comprehensive final documentation packages to facilitate the release of products for customer shipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to clarify and communicate documentation requirements
• Evaluate product dimensional reports and process certification documents to ensure alignment with engineering drawings and specification standards
• Engage cross-functionally with various departments and suppliers to address and resolve quality-related matters
• Assemble and finalize quality certification documentation packages for product release
• Support additional quality assurance activities as directed by the Quality Assurance Manager

• Strong verbal, written, and computer skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management
• The ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure.
• Requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Two-year degree in a related area or job equivalent experience.

• ­Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook experience required
• Proficient in analyzing material and process certification documentation to ensure adherence to both internal specifications and external regulatory standards
• ISO 9001: 2015 Internal Auditor certification a plus
