About the Organization

Now is a great time to join Redhorse Corporation. We are a solution-driven company delivering data insights and technology solutions to customers with missions critical to U.S. national interests. We’re looking for thoughtful, skilled professionals who thrive as trusted partners building technology-agnostic solutions and want to apply their talents supporting customers with difficult and important mission sets.

About the Role

Redhorse transforms the way government uses data and technology. As an OSINT Requirements & Reporting Specialist, you will be at the forefront of Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) strategy and innovation within the Intelligence Community (IC), supporting the Sponsor's oversight of IC open-source resources and ensuring alignment of OSINT collection and analytic efforts with national intelligence priorities. This pivotal role allows you to directly impact national security by leveraging cutting-edge technology, including Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI), to analyze and report on critical information. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the future of OSINT intelligence gathering and analytic capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate quick-turn reports on a variety of national security topics using data-driven methods, including GAI.
  • Research and collect information from the open internet.
  • Execute, and at times author and update, complex instructions to gather and structure data for exploitation and reporting using Sponsor tools.
  • Compose reports and communicate observations about complex data and information behaviors to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Manage a requests queue, requiring deft and diplomatic coordination with various subject matter stakeholders.
  • Design and manage automated reporting workflows using no-code tools and applications.
  • Apply strong documentation and record-keeping skills, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Required Experience/Clearance
  • Experience producing quick-turn reports on national security-related topics.
  • Experience conceptualizing and executing data-driven approaches to OSINT exploitation and reporting.
  • Experience designing and managing automated reporting workflows using no-code tools and applications.
  • Experience writing clear instructions.
  • Experience conveying complex data behaviors to non-technical users.
  • Demonstrated experience applying strong documentation and record-keeping skills, with attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in relevant OSINT-related exploitation and reporting tools, including GAI prompt design and MS Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • TS/SCI ISSA Clearance required. Work is based in Chantilly, Virginia.
