quiet hiring just means more work, same paycheck. no thanks

my company rolled out “quiet hiring” like it’s some cool strategy. translation: we laid people off and now you get to do their jobs too for free. I’m juggling my full-time work plus pieces of two other roles. no raise, no bonus, just “expand your skill set.” it's exhausting. I didn’t sign up to be an all-you-can-use employee. anyone else getting buried under this false opportunity?
