Boomer mentality: “you’re lucky to have a job.”

Gen Z mentality: “they’re lucky to have me.”

Gen Z has the audacity millennials wish we had in our 20s. love that for y’all.

Millennials walked so Gen Z could run. we burned out early trying to impress bosses who laid us off anyway

I’m Gen Z and if I can’t do it remotely in sweatpants with vibes-only coworkers… count me out 💅

Gen X here. we’re the forgotten middle child of the workforce. we just wanna do our job, get paid, and be left alone tbh

as a boomer, I used to think job loyalty mattered. now I tell my grandkids to take the money and bounce if it ain’t serving them

Gen Z said “I’m not doing all that” and honestly? respect. y’all got boundaries and a therapist by age 22
