Have two weekdays off to actually take care of medical appointments. Honestly, this is also why healthcare can't be a 9-5 either. We can't keep having everything happening at the same time.

Having either a Monday or Friday off would allow me to get some greater enjoyment out of a longer weekend, but would also make it somewhat easier to schedule medical appointments, etc because I'd have a "weekday" during which I could take care of those things.
