Responsibilities
- Define and own product strategy and roadmap for Safety Training & Compliance and legacy PublicSchoolWORKS/StudentWatch modules
- Collaborate with customers, sales, customer operations, and professional services to validate needs and improve adoption and retention
- Drive Agile product discovery, backlog grooming, sprint prioritization, and delivery with engineering and design
- Use quantitative and qualitative insights (usage, adoption, NPS, sales metrics, research) to inform prioritization and modernization decisions
- Manage full product lifecycle from conception through release, GTM, adoption, and monetization
- Communicate product vision and build alignment with leadership and stakeholders
- Provide subject-matter expertise, demos, training materials, and support for sales and marketing
- Assess legacy modules to determine modernization, consolidation, integration, or sunset decisions
- Remove impediments across Hosting, Support, Marketing, Training, and Sales that block desired outcomes
- Travel as needed for conferences, customer engagements, and product meetings
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is advantageous but not required
