Design and conduct rigorous experimentation to evaluate and optimize model performance, using advanced techniques in ML, data science, and statistical analysis. Contribute technical insights and apply established best practices in ML/AI development, supporting a collaborative and continuously improving engineering environment. Provide input into architectural and organizational decisions beyond your immediate team, contributing to the technical roadmap and long-term vision for ML/AI across the company. Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or any occupation, job title, position working with machine learning (ML) including ML models, ML problem framing, and Natural Language Processing.
Must also have experience in the following: 5 years of professional experience utilizing Python and working with Large Language Models including generative pretrained transformers (GPTs); 5 years of professional experience working in a cross-functional team environment to conduct ML-driven research to help influence product roadmaps; 5 years of professional experience utilizing machine learning libraries and deep libraries (including scitkit-learn, numpy, pandas, scipy, TensorFlow, and SQL) to access and analyze data; 2 years of professional experience building personalized recommendation systems utilizing computer vision, natural language processing, or ranking; and 2 years of professional experience performing SQL writing, BigQuery, and Google Cloud Platform Machine Learning.
