Loved the tech and smart coworkers, but leadership seemed detached. It felt like we were building things without clear direction. Workdays stretched late when deadlines hit, and weekends sometimes got eaten too.

Management often changes priorities last minute and it’s hit-or-miss on feedback. Career path is vague, too like no clear ladder, so I’m treading water.

At first it felt communal and startup-y which was fun, but as growth kicked in things got messy. Expense processes sucked (so much manual admin).

recent restructures happened with zero input from staff and culture in some teams flipped toxic fast. Communication from senior leadership is too corporate and distant. still, I stay because I’m learning a ton
