Position Overview
The Fabric Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and bulk execution of Raw Materials to meet cost, quality and aesthetic for Calvin Klein Global with a focus on developing efficient, scalable processes to achieve operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with raw material suppliers, Design, Merchandising and Supply Chain Partners both near and offshore where applicable.
Ensure raw material suppliers and vendors are clear on execution of raw materials throughout the development process.
Manage the digital and physical RM libraries.
Support data integrity within the PVH Supply environment.
Partner closely with cross functional partners to trouble shoot issues and escalate when and where appropriate.
Manage fabric development milestones with suppliers and internal partners.
Track sample yardage and approval status while maintaining necessary timelines for proto, SMS and bulk.
Liaison with creative, supply and merchandising to help identify opportunities for process optimization and best practices.
Responsible for all relevant testing, problem solving and finding alternatives when needed.
Responsible for communicating development and bulk color approvals to mills
Coordinate & track sampling and bulk shipment allocations to vendors
Monitor and communicate fabric delivery issues for Weekly WIPS
Monitor Codetex and liability inventory to ensure seasonal utilization.
Mitigate any inspection & testing failures with CFT
Manage mill PO’s & invoices in Coupa
Manage 1-2 direct reports
What You Will Bring
Minimum of 7 years of experience in apparel manufacturing
Managing a junior level associate or intern
Intermediate/advanced technical trim knowledge
Microsoft office/PLM
Proficient in raw material sourcing and production lifecycle process
Understanding of trim vendor and COO competencies
Advanced Raw Material development process and understanding
Data Analytics
Project Management
Cost, Speed and CR optimization
Actively seek continues improvement and a solution orientated mindset
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred

Pay Range:$101,300---$137,000PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
