Consulting Field Solutions Architect, Cybersecurity - Global/Strategics
Skills
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, MITRE ATT&CK, CIA Triad)
- Hands-on experience with SIEM, XDR, SOAR, IAM, DLP, EDR technologies
- Experience in threat modeling, penetration testing, vulnerability management, incident response and forensics
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure components (servers, networking, storage) within resilience strategies
- Proven pre-sales and technical sales enablement experience including demos, POCs and executive-level engagement
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM/opportunity management systems (preferably Salesforce)
Responsibilities
- Develop field-facing solutions content (technical walkthroughs, deep dives, qualification guides) for cyber resilience and cybersecurity offerings
- Deliver enablement programs and training to sales, channel partners, and internal teams to mainstream cyber resilience knowledge
- Present at webinars and events with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Participate in customer calls, demos, POCs, executive briefings (EBCs), and solution-focused sessions
- Provide feedback to product, solutions, and roadmap teams based on field insights and customer interactions
- Remain current on internal product updates, partner offerings, and competitor capabilities
- Act as an always-on enablement resource via Slack and other communication channels to influence customer opportunities
- Partner closely with sales and SE leaders to qualify and position cybersecurity and resilience opportunities
- Drive cross-functional alignment with GTM and corporate teams and foster internal relationships
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Preferred professional security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISA, or CISM
