Responsibilities
- Evaluate manuscript submissions and make editorial decisions based on reviewer reports and internal guidelines
- Serve as an escalation point for complex or nuanced editorial queries
- Support editorial boards, third-party editorial teams, and internal colleagues to maintain scientific rigor and integrity
- Handle publication ethics queries and apply relevant policies
- Contribute to development of editorial policy and activities to raise journal visibility and reputation
- Build and maintain relationships with the academic community and external stakeholders
- Work flexibly across time zones and participate in occasional national/international travel

- Postgraduate degree in a relevant subject area (required)
