My manager was great, but upper leadership is out of touch. Big ideas, zero follow-through.

They talk a lot about tech forward but we’re still using tools from like 2017.

Not the worst place I’ve worked, not the best either. Some projects were genuinely exciting, others were just busy work. Pay was fair, not amazing.

Office space is nice, snacks are stocked, but the energy changes depending on which manager you deal with. Some are super supportive, some barely check in.
