About Us

We are a growing portfolio of creative studio properties in Philadelphia, including Paper Box Studios, Hancock Studios, and Jasper Studios. Our commercial spaces provide vibrant, collaborative environments for artists, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service focused, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate ordering and management of building/cleaning supplies, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Manage vendor contracts and relationships (trash, recycling, cleaning, etc.).
  • Ensure common areas are clean, organized, and maintained; oversee cleaning professionals and implement systems where needed.
  • Manage property social media accounts to promote spaces and support marketing.
  • Collaborate with finance to provide financial reporting and track expenses.

  • 3+ years of experience in property management, real estate operations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with tenants, vendors, and property owners.
  • Experience with property management software (Appfolio a plus).
  • Financial acumen and comfort with tracking expenses, A/R, and occupancy goals.
  • Project management experience preferred, particularly with overseeing contractors.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and committed to maintaining a high standard of service and getting the job done.
  • Must be able to lift 30+ lbs.
  • Must own reliable transportation.
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Health benefits
  • 401(K) Plan with company match
  • Paid time off and holidays.
