In this role, you’ll play a critical part in patient care by managing a high volume of calls where most of your day will be spent supporting our patients in an administrative setting. You will take calls that include health assessments, triaging, prior authorizations, and surgery scheduling. You’ll also provide hands-on clinical support, assisting with non-stress tests, phlebotomy (including hard sticks), and fetal monitoring as needed.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Current state RN license.
2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. One year of professional nursing experience in a clinic setting, preferred.
