- Greet and welcome new and existing patients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience.
- Explain orthodontic treatment options, procedures, and financial arrangements in a clear and friendly manner.
- Conduct new patient consultations, including gathering medical/dental histories and reviewing treatment recommendations.
- Present treatment plans and coordinate scheduling of diagnostic records, consultations, and start appointments.
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients throughout their orthodontic journey, providing ongoing support and updates.
- Present and explain financial policies, payment plans, and insurance coverage to patients and families.
- Work with insurance companies to verify orthodontic benefits and submit claims.
