Responsibilities
- Generate and verify randomization schedules
- Develop and review statistical methods for clinical study protocols including complex designs
- Perform and verify sample size and advanced adaptive design calculations
- Author and review statistical analysis plans, including tables, figures, and listings
- Generate and quality control analysis datasets and outputs using SAS
- Provide or supervise programming and statistical support for regulatory and ad-hoc analyses
- Serve as biostatistical consultant to global company staff
- Review statistical sections of clinical study reports
- Collaborate directly with sponsors, project managers, study teams, and external vendors
- Lead all statistical activities ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
- Oversee projects and biostatisticians, assist with budgeting, and participate in departmental procedure development
Education
- Master's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- PhD degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field with 7+ years experience
