Responsibilities
- Update and maintain electronic health records (EHRs) based on inputs from multiple sources
- Process and enter high-volume data accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with Care Coordinator team to reconcile discrepancies and prioritize updates
- Track and report data entry metrics as requested
- Work with multiple systems including Google Sheets, EHR platforms, Typeform data, and email
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree or coursework in healthcare, administration, or related field preferred
