Responsibilities
- Lead, build, and scale the enterprise information security organization and roadmap
- Define security strategy across cloud, infrastructure, and applications
- Instill a security-first mindset across business and technology teams
- Oversee security assessments, audits, compliance, and regulatory engagements
- Manage incident response, security monitoring, and organizational preparedness
- Champion secure development lifecycle and infrastructure hardening practices
- Manage strategic vendor and partner relationships
- Communicate security risks, priorities, and strategy to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Mentor security team members and drive cultural change to retain top talent
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field (typical)
- Advanced degree or relevant executive education preferred
