It’s fine. Just… fine. Not bad enough to leave, not good enough to rave about.

coworkers are cool, but the rest isn’t. pay’s not great, no clear direction, and constant urgent last-minute tasks.

The company events are fun 🎉 and make you feel appreciated. Just wish we had more say in project priorities.

Some solid perks here and there, but high turnover makes it hard to feel settled.
