Core Competencies:
Within Harris Williams IT, the Business Intelligence Solutions Architect and Product Owner role will help drive our competitive advantage in investment banking execution by differentiating with Business Intelligence. The Business Intelligence Solutions Architect and Product Owner will be a key member of the Data Engineering team, accountable for all internal HW reporting, and will have product ownership of the Microsoft Power BI platform.
As a critical platform for the firm, Power BI is used across all departments to create business insights and is used in daily engagements to provide execution excellence for the firm’s clients. This individual will manage the Business Intelligence product backlog and provide Power BI coaching to the firm. The Business Intelligence Solutions Architect and Product Owner will be a part of the Information Technology team, reporting to the Data Science Team Lead. They will work closely with all aspects of the Technology team as well as all our internal stakeholders to ensure our reporting is done in a robust, consistent, and sustainable fashion.
