Responsibilities: Oversee compliance initiatives, manage risk assessments, lead a high-performing team, and maintain data protection policies while driving remediation efforts across the organization.
Skills: Extensive experience in information technology and security, strong leadership ability, and expertise in data protection compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.).
Qualifications: A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience or 7+ years with an advanced degree; applicable industry certifications (CISSP, CRISC, etc.) are preferred.
Location: This is a remote position, but applicants near the Westlake/Dallas, TX office may work on-site Tuesday through Thursday with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
Compensation: $124600 - $173000 / Annually

Pay Transparency:
The annual US base salary range for this role is $124,600 - $173,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
