Reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst, the Finance Specialist (FS) will have a significant influence on the growth of the company. The FS will be responsible for supporting the sales team through loan and finance processes, coordinating with sales, customers, and business partners to ensure accurate and seamless transitions to the production department. This role requires strong time management, organization, and communication skills and will provide significant opportunity for personal and professional growth.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support company growth through management of customer financing.
- Efficiently research and communicate loan information to team members and customers.
- Maintain relationships with finance partners.
- Report on lending and approval trends.
- Effectively coordinate collection efforts with the Accounting, Production, and Sales teams.
- Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of PJ Fitzpatrick.
