Skills
- Active state-issued license in Nevada and/or Oklahoma (CADC, LADC, LCADC; OK LADC/LADC-MH)
- 2+ years clinical experience delivering CBT and behavioral support for SUD
- Proficiency with Motivational Interviewing (MI/MET), Relapse Prevention, and MAT coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication for asynchronous and synchronous telehealth
- Comfortable learning and using digital health platforms and documentation tools
Responsibilities
- Deliver weekly counseling via chat, video, and phone to assess progress and provide support
- Perform initial onboarding phone calls and complete multidimensional behavioral health assessments
- Monitor member progress and implement therapeutic strategies for cravings and relapse prevention
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and coaches for MAT and integrated care
- Document member encounters and maintain licensing and compliance standards
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and product feedback loops
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Relevant clinical training in addiction counseling or behavioral health
