We’re hiring our first marketing leader—a strategic, full-stack builder who can take us from early momentum to industry-defining brand. You’ll create Pathwork’s voice, own our demand engine, drive launches, and scale a marketing function from scratch. You'll sit on the leadership team and partner directly with the founders.
Brand Marketing
Craft the voice: Own and shape our brand/company voice
Tell our story: Drive awareness of our brand via website, social, thought leadership, PR
Product Marketing
Position our offering: Own product positioning and messaging across audiences—brokers, carriers, investors, and recruits. Develop customer profiles.
Take products to market: Partner with product and sales to introduce new features and GTM motions
Support sales: Equip GTM teams with assets that accelerate close - pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies
Demand Gen
Drive pipeline: Lead campaigns across web, email, social, paid, and events and develop all needed content.
Customer Marketing: Develop lifecycle programs (retention, winback) as we scale
Build the function
Develop marketing plan: Build channel strategy, content needs and set metrics
Develop marketing tech stack: Evaluate needs as we scale.
Build your team: Hire, coach, and inspire a high-performing team as we scale
Have 6–8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally at early-stage startups and across multiple aspects of a full-stack marketing role
Can flex between hands-on execution, thinking strategically, and leveraging agencies, contractors or a team to get things done
Have an entrepreneurial and analytical mindset where you are comfortable building systems from the ground up, and iterating as you go
Have demonstrated product sensibility and judgement with potential to own a broader product marketing charter including pricing, research, and concept validation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Can develop clear, powerful messaging for technical and regulated audiences.
