Project Leadership

Dedicate your Project Leadership role towards improving the world's health

Parexel’s Global Project Leadership group consists of approximately 500 employees based in 35 countries worldwide. This team is a critical part of driving success for our clients and advancing clinical research projects.

We have teams dedicated to specific types of clients, Enterprise and Biotech, and deliver solutions customized to fit their needs. Both groups work on projects spanning across all phases of global clinical trials, in a wide array of therapeutic areas. We put our hearts into executing sponsor projects/programs to the highest standards, delivering them on time and within budget.

What makes our roles different?

  • Our dynamic environment will able you to manage all types of projects: Large, small, complex, full-service, or standalone services, global, and geographically diverse. 
  • Work within a Global Matrix Environment: This allows the Project Leader to oversee all elements of the assigned trial to ensure project deliverables and client satisfaction. 
  • Work with a suite of internal information management tools and systems: Access integrated data quickly and easily, thus providing up-to-date performance data to facilitate rapid decision-making.

Data Operations

Improve healthcare with a Data Operations role at Parexel

Parexel's Data Operations team is one of the largest groups in the pharmaceutical industry, with approximately 2,500 employees globally. Parexel provides a broad array of clinical data management services to support the accurate collection, organization, validation, and analysis of clinical data, combining advanced database and system capabilities with innovative methodologies.

We have jobs within our Full-Service Offering (FSO) and Functional Service Provider (FSP) groups, spanning the following categories:

  • Biostatistics: Contribute as an expert in statistics, study design, and execution of clinical studies. Involve your analytical skills in business development activities.
  • Statistical Programming: Bring your extensive knowledge and understanding of the programming and reporting process. Advance your skills by working closely with sponsor teams, and knowledgeable Parexel colleagues.
  • Data Management: Lead the execution of projects, coordinate with team members, other functions, and the clients. Support the accurate collection, organization, and analysis of clinical data.
