- Strong Python and SQL proficiency
- Security, compliance, and data governance awareness (healthcare preferred)
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable ML infrastructure for training, serving, and monitoring models.
- Build and maintain ML model serving and orchestration platforms integrated with engineering workflows.
- Design and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines and feature engineering workflows for ML use cases.
- Implement MLOps practices for model lifecycle management: training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Leverage cloud (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) to scale workloads.
- Develop monitoring and alerting systems to track model performance, data drift, and infrastructure health.
- Collaborate with privacy/security teams to ensure regulatory compliance and secure handling of clinical data.
- Mentor and guide engineers and data scientists on production SRE and ML infrastructure best practices.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform / CloudFormation) automation.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
