Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Design Director and marketing teams to develop new and creative user engagement concepts.
- Evolve and modernize Paperless Post's visual brand identity across multiple categories and channels.
- Design digital marketing materials including email layouts, photo shoots, blog editorial content, and ads.
- Lead partnership launch design efforts and present work confidently to senior leadership and partners.
- Mentor junior designers to foster independence and skill development.
- Work with Product and Content teams to refine marketing materials and launch new initiatives.
- Manage all phases of creative production for multi-channel brand campaigns.
