Our client is a US-based cycling company that is passionate about bringing the joy of cycling to a broader audience. They are seeking an Inventory Purchasing Associate to support their inventory management and purchasing operations.

In this role, you will work closely with the inventory team to ensure that product levels are optimized, orders are placed timely, and the overall purchasing strategy aligns with company goals. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be key in maintaining the efficiency of their supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential sellers via marketplaces, forums, and ads.
• Negotiate purchase prices to meet profitability targets.
• Manage inbound leads and respond quickly to inquiries.
• Coordinate logistics for purchased inventory.
• Track performance and maintain CRM records.

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, purchasing in the Bike / Cycling industry

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in Excel and inventory management software

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Bonus: Passion for cycling or experience in the cycling industry
