About the role:

Are you an SEO leader with local SEO and franchise SEO expert looking for your next great career opportunity? If so, Ignite Visibility, a fast-growing digital marketing company based in San Diego, CA US with an office in Orlando, FL, and a fully remote team. We are looking for a talented international SEO Strategist (supervisory level of experience) to join our team full-time. This is a team lead supervisory role; thus, you must be a senior SEO leader and must be able to work U.S. business time, Eastern Standard Time.

Seniority Level: Senior Level

Responsibilities:

  • Provide SEO support to an SEO Strategist

  • Develop and manage content strategies tailored to each franchise.

  • Oversee the implementation of linking strategies.

  • Create and oversee organic search strategies for assigned clients

  • Provide detailed site analysis and technical recommendations to improve organic visibility

  • Assist with or create website SEO audits

  • Identify new link-building opportunities and develop relationships for link building

  • Assist with onboarding and implementation of new organic search clients

  • Develop and streamline organic search processes to improve campaign performance

  • Collaborate with account managers, project managers, and other departments to highlight the impact of organic search to clients

  • Work across departments to strong understanding of organic SEO

  • Ensure on-time, on-budget SEO deliverables; identify and resolve potential impediments or escalate as necessary

  • Monitor and track campaign performance analytics based on client metrics

  • Review rankings and link data against internal success measurements

  • Review and help create monthly client reports, verify accuracy, and provide analysis

  • Support account managers with data acquisition and campaign insights for business reviews

  • Attend key account meetings as needed

  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with digital marketing trends

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, supporting SEO strategist colleagues

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years SEO strategy and campaign implementation experience

  • Strong client relationship and English communication skills.

  • Proficiency in managing multi-location and national SEO programs

  • Strategic planning and execution for franchise-specific challenges

  • Project management skills
