The Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Department houses various multidisciplinary programs and services that focus on primary and secondary prevention and rehabilitation, including:
-Phase 1 Inpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation at UH/Ross/James
- Phase 1 Inpatient Pulmonary Rehabilitation at UH/Ross/James
This position assists in the clinical, technical, clerical and educational operations for The Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Department at the Medical Center. This position would help provide exceptional patient care in our phase 1 cardiopulmonary rehab programming which would include but not limited to: bedside education, early ambulation and referral initiation to capture continuity of care to outpatient programming.
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in exercise science or related degree. Knowledge of computers, exceptional customer relations skills.
Preferred-
Cardiac or Pulmonary experience
Direct patient experience
