Really like the remote flexibility. Sometimes I’m working in sweatpants, sometimes at a cafe. Freedom’s worth a lot to me.

this place is like a coin flip. one week you’re on cool projects, the next you’re buried in mindless admin stuff.

The vibe is awesome, but cross-department stuff? oof… endless back-and-forth emails.

They talk about innovation, but most decisions are just copying competitors.
