The role requires strong front-end and mobile application development experience, preferably in JavaScript and React.

Coordinate and manage release readiness: confirm all testing is complete, environments are available, dependencies are resolved, and rollback/mitigation steps are defined.
QA and Testing: perform detailed QA and testing of new releases, provide feedback and resolve issues.
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for release execution, bridging engineering, product, marketing, customer-facing, and business teams so all parties know what is shipping and when.
Document and distribute release notes and change communications for internal audiences; ensure customer-facing teams have what they need for external communication.
Track and surface release risks, blockers, and post-release issues; support troubleshooting with engineering and QA as needed.
Propose and implement incremental improvements to the release process (checklists, templates, metrics) to increase predictability and reduce manual work.
5+ years of experience in release management, software delivery, software QA and testing, and/or technical program/project management in a software/SaaS environment.
Prior exposure to one or more adjacent areas such as frontend development, mobile app development, backend/services, product management, QA, or technical troubleshooting.
Strong practical experience with work-tracking tools such as Jira and with Agile/Scrum sprint ceremonies.
Ability to coordinate teams in multiple time zones.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide concise status, risk, and schedule updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable operating in a high-growth, remote, startup environment.
Experience supporting mobile store releases (Apple App Store, Google Play).
Javascript and React frontend development experience
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and git-based workflows.
Experience working with products in privacy, security, or data domains.
