- Support transition to an Integrated Media organization emphasizing omni-channel and full-funnel activations.
- Act as primary connector between regional eCommerce, marketing, and global activation teams to align plans and incorporate regional needs.
- Lead cross-functional planning conversations on budget trade-offs, growth opportunities, and experimentation.
- Oversee performance tracking of Paid, Owned, and Earned media to evaluate channel contribution and adjust plans.
- Utilize data from MMM, experimentation, market research, and business plans to guide investment decisions.
- Collaborate with Finance to align forecasts, investment pacing, and ROI targets ensuring media spending accountability.
- Champion innovation and testing culture across channels and markets to unlock growth potential.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
