There’s potential here, but feels like the company can’t decide if it wants to grow fast or play it safe.

pretty average job overall. clock in, do your work, go home. no major complaints but nothing exciting either.

Leadership is supportive, team culture is incredible, and I feel motivated every single day.

Good intentions, poor execution. Leadership means well but seems out of touch with how things actually work on the ground.
