Skills
- Deep experience with ERP and finance systems (NetSuite, Workday, Zip, Floqast, Workiva, Adaptive)
- Hands-on automation and data skills (SQL, Python, Alteryx, data engineering)
- Data visualization experience (Tableau or equivalent) and analytics infrastructure knowledge
- Proven track record leading cross-functional, technical and non-technical initiatives
- Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes (record-to-report, order-to-cash, close)
Responsibilities
- Own the finance transformation roadmap and deliver measurable efficiency and scalability improvements
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to integrate finance processes into custom platforms and optimize ERP systems (NetSuite, Workday, Zip, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve order-to-cash, record-to-report, and month-end/close cycles
- Design and implement automation solutions and workflows to reduce manual effort and shorten time-to-close
- Build scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics to deliver real-time financial insights
- Manage stakeholder alignment, change management, and demos for new systems and vendor solutions
- Support SOX readiness, post-IPO process scaling, and control-oriented process design
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field required
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or professional certification (CPA) preferred
