Senior Manager, Finance Transformation

Omada Health is a mission-driven, newly public healthcare technology company focused on scalable behavior-change care for chronic conditions. We are looking for a systems-oriented Senior Manager of Finance Transformation to lead automation, analytics, and process re-engineering across finance, accounting, and engineering to accelerate close cycles and improve financial visibility.

Skills

  • Deep experience with ERP and finance systems (NetSuite, Workday, Zip, Floqast, Workiva, Adaptive)
  • Hands-on automation and data skills (SQL, Python, Alteryx, data engineering)
  • Data visualization experience (Tableau or equivalent) and analytics infrastructure knowledge
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional, technical and non-technical initiatives
  • Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes (record-to-report, order-to-cash, close)

Responsibilities

  • Own the finance transformation roadmap and deliver measurable efficiency and scalability improvements
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product to integrate finance processes into custom platforms and optimize ERP systems (NetSuite, Workday, Zip, etc.)
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve order-to-cash, record-to-report, and month-end/close cycles
  • Design and implement automation solutions and workflows to reduce manual effort and shorten time-to-close
  • Build scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics to deliver real-time financial insights
  • Manage stakeholder alignment, change management, and demos for new systems and vendor solutions
  • Support SOX readiness, post-IPO process scaling, and control-oriented process design

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field required
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or professional certification (CPA) preferred
