Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex energy projects from initiation through closeout, meeting scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety targets.
- Serve as primary client contact; build and grow long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and implement corrective actions to maintain project health.
- Oversee contract administration including negotiations, change orders, and risk management.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across offices and disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout all project phases.
- Prepare and present project updates, financial reports, and performance metrics to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead proposal efforts including scope development, fee estimates, and schedule preparation.
- Mentor and coach project team members to promote professional growth and adherence to best practices.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- Professional credentials such as PE or PMP are a plus
