The Role
The Regional Program Manager is the Site Owner, responsible for selecting top talent to deliver the program effectively, preparing coaches for field readiness, and providing ongoing training and development to ensure all quality metrics are met. This role guides and supports coaching teams, ensures flawless execution of all standard operating procedures, and builds strong relationships with school staff—including principals—to maintain open communication to ensure customer expectations are met.

This position's target annual base pay range is $66,000 - $71,000. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors, including but not limited to experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, and skills.
