Responsibilities
- Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, aligning skills and resources to project objectives
- Define, communicate, and manage project scope, schedule, and budget; act as primary client and contractor liaison
- Develop and monitor project budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability
- Secure resources and oversee timely completion of all project phases from site investigation to delivery
- Implement quality management plans and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary
- Conduct regular client and internal team meetings to maintain alignment and project transparency
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, records, and accurate project data
- Support contract negotiations, billing processes, and enforce contractual requirements
- Mentor team members in project management best practices and support career development
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred
- Associate degree with equivalent experience accepted
- Relevant industry certifications (preferred but not required)
