- Familiarity with data architecture, data lifecycle, metadata, and data quality concepts
- Experience with privacy operations including consent management and DSR processes
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and project/change management skills
Responsibilities
- Manage legal and operational risks for sensitive information by assessing business operations and developing policies, procedures, and training.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining global privacy policies, notices, and requirements.
- Conduct annual assessments of the global privacy program and implement improvements to ensure compliance.
- Develop and deliver enterprise-wide and role-based privacy training with stakeholders.
- Support day-to-day operations of the Data Subject Rights (DSR) program.
- Maintain records of processing activities and the data processing inventory.
- Provide privacy guidance to legal and business teams and integrate privacy into project planning.
- Support vendor privacy onboarding/offboarding and contractual privacy requirements.
- Manage privacy metrics, external-facing privacy inbox, and reporting.
- Lead and coordinate teams implementing Data Governance tools through requirements, testing, and roll-out.
- Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and mitigate privacy risks for new projects.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline
- Relevant professional privacy certifications preferred (e.g., CIPP, CIPM)
