Responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile design and construction submittal data related to GIS and asset tracking
- Collect, QA/QC, and upload CMMS equipment and spatial data from as-builts
- Manage and maintain as-built information and generate CAD/BIM as-built drawings
- Perform BuildLACCD CADD standards compliance reviews and manage drawings via Bluebeam
- Administer Bluebeam studio sessions, provide Bluebeam training and general tech support
- Support As-Built/M&O data delivery review at operations closeout and district-wide initiatives
- Develop and publish as-built GIS maps and support ArcGIS Online integration
- Provide SharePoint and ProjectWise database support (file management, user administration, reporting)
- Track and coordinate BIM submittals; administer BIM 360 model reviews and workflows
- Conduct site walks and field data collection (LIDAR, GPR, GPS, photography) and perform QA/QC in the field
- Travel to project sites (~30%) for site investigations, conflict resolution, progress monitoring, and documentation
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (required or substitute with 8 years' relevant experience)
- OR 8+ years of equivalent experience in architecture, construction management, or related disciplines
