Benefits are solid. Career growth is kinda murky. You really have to push for it yourself.

Management tries, but there’s a lot of disorganization. If you’re adaptable, you can make it work.

Really like the remote flexibility. Sometimes I’m working in sweatpants, sometimes at a cafe. Freedom’s worth a lot to me.
