Responsibilities
- Gather inventory reports from contract manufacturing partners and consolidate for supply chain team
- Write and track purchase orders to manufacturing partners and vendors entering data into ERP
- Update purchase orders based on inventory changes and final releases
- Ensure BOMS, COGS, and item codes are set up accurately for new raw materials
- Update MRP file monthly using consolidated inventory reports
- Maintain rebate trackers for raw materials monthly
- Support Product Development with COGS for new product launches
- Prepare and review reports to aid Accounting Month-End Close
- Create and update SKUs and manage product revisions
- Maintain accurate ERP product information including item masters and routings
- Schedule and track inventory transfers across locations
- Record and manage expired raw ingredient inventory with compliance
- Coordinate disposal of expired inventory adhering to safety and environmental standards
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related Business field
