A day in the life…
- Support the Photographers with lighting digital photography and video for e-commerce operations.
- Work with Photographers on lighting diagrams, and equipment maintenance.
- Manages and optimizes digital assets, ensuring high-quality image processing, and supports creative teams.
- Collaborate with both studio peers and external partners to identify and implement improvements to the image creation process, streamlining workflow and driving efficiency.
- Manage color accuracy and lighting quality for optimal consistency across studios.
- Identify production issues and proactively implement solutions that align with studio KPI’s.
You own this if you have…
- 5+ years of fashion/product e-commerce photography experience; portfolio required
- Professional experience in a high volume, high production environment, with proven ability to achieve continuous improvement.
- Ability to build positive relationships across teams and drive the direction of photography and process in a studio environment.
- Strong communication skills with ability to deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner and manage change in a positive and proactive way.
- Strong technical proficiency with advanced knowledge of Mac OS, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite, Capture One software and color calibration software.
