SA&I powers our client’s innovation, renovation, and brand success strategies. When you join our team, you'll consult with customers to improve new product outcomes, identify promising ideas, develop compelling consumer propositions, and validate in-market activities.
SA&I helps clients optimize and prioritize their portfolios through predictive innovation insights & accurate activation forecasting. With the end-goal of improving new-product outcomes, we provide consultation to help clients identify their best ideas, arrive at their most compelling consumer proposition, and validate their in-market activity to fully realize trial and repeat potential.
This is a hybrid position in Chicago.
As a Research Analyst on the SA&I team, you’ll use your analytical and consultative skills to help clients make better, faster, and smarter decisions.

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $48,000- $62,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
